Cllr Louie O'Leary Littlemoor/Preston and Richard Drax visited many local businesses yesterday, including the family-run Sgt Bun Bakery on Lanehouse Rocks Road in Chickerell, and the new Cafe Napoli located on the seafront Esplanade and operated by the Hurford family, whom Richard has visited many times over the years. Richard has fought hard to lower the tax burden on working people and businesses. He's called for the thresholds at which tax is paid to be raised and for urgently needed reform of punitive business rates, which damage businesses like retailers and pubs. Lower taxes mean more growth and jobs for South Dorset!
