ON WEDNESDAY THE CAMPAIGN TOOK RICHARD DRAX TO SWANAGE ON THE EAST SIDE OF SOUTH DORSET CONSTITUENCY: While meeting Swanage residents, Richard took pause to admire again its sandy Blue Flag beach with beautiful views across Swanage Bay. A peaceful moment in stark contrast to 80 years ago on D-Day when UK Armed Forces landed on the beaches in France. Conservative Dorset Councillors for Swanage, Gary Suttle and Bill Trite who, like Richard, have served Swanage for years, always proudly talk up their town and have been integral in keeping him aware of everything happening in the area.
